Alyssa Snow is a writer, poet, and teacher whose work opens portals to inner truth. Blending decades of spiritual practice with the raw honesty of lived experience, she creates spaces—on the page, in voice, and in presence—for awakening, integration, and deep embodiment.

She is the creator of Sacred Kisses, a Substack publication that weaves essays, poetry, and spiritual insight into a luminous map of healing and wholeness. Alyssa also shares spoken word films, guided meditations, and wisdom teachings on Insight Timer, where her voice serves as a vessel for remembrance and transformation.

Alyssa’s path has included many incarnations; corporate leader, yoga studio founder, shamanic healer, therapeutic foster mother. Each role a rite of passage, each experience now distilled into the alchemy of her creative work.

Her teachings center on the body as temple, consciousness as technology, and devotion as a radical way of life. Whether she is writing, teaching, or simply being, Alyssa is in service to love, truth, and the evolution of the soul.

She lives in the Bronx with her husband, three teenage daughters, her mother-in-law, and their two dogs, Polly and Zara.
