All that we seek can be found in the unveiling of the Sacred Self.
Our longing to love and be loved. Our urge to create without rules or restrictions. Our desires to inhabit new lifestyle patterns that align with our vision for our happiest selves. Our pull towards living a purposeful and impactful life. Our wish for peace within us and all around us.
What or who is the Sacred Self?
The Sacred Self is the still point in between our breaths. Our Sacred Self is the full embodiment of our physicality. Our Sacred Self is the loving of all aspects of our human experience; the light and the shadow. Our Sacred Self is our capacity for profound acceptance of our shared humanity.
Our Sacred Self has eyes wide open. Seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting all the wonders and experiences of this life.
Without judgment.
Our Sacred Self loves all of it. The pain and grief, the joy and excitement, the confusion and the clarity, the peace and the disappointment.
Stepping into and fully embodying our Sacred Self is embodying our Truth.
Our Truth is obscured, like layers of an onion, by a lifetime of conditioning and patterning of our psyche.
We have forgotten our inherent worth. We have forgotten our power. We have forgotten our innate perfection.
We have forgotten just how Sacred we are.
In a world with so much noise we are often left in a low level state of fear and uncertainty. We seek to live our Divine Purpose, but find ourselves in survival mode. We want to make sweeping lifestyle changes but the mountain seems too steep to climb. We long to be kinder to ourselves, to experience more joy and peace and to simply feel connected and happy.
We read books, we practice yoga, we meditate, we listen to inspirational podcasts and speakers. All to find this one space within ourselves:
To our Sacred Self. Our Divine Nature. Our Truth.
What if experiencing this space doesn’t require any work? What if it is pleasurable and a destination in and of itself?
Unveiling our Sacred Self is not a means to an end. It is the destination that all experiences of peace and purpose radiate from.
It is time to connect. To be together again. To feel good.
It is time to unveil our Sacred Self.
I invite you to a unique 30 day experience with me.
In alignment with the New Moon in Pisces, we begin on March 2, 2022.
This is an opportunity to commit to your desire to rest in the Sacred Self - letting all goals, striving and wishes unfold as they will.
This is the practice of surrender.
It is up to us to carve out time in our day to connect.
Monday through Friday 12pm - 12:30pm
Noon time is a time where we are usually immersed in our days; swept up in the activity of daily life. It is a powerful time to put down that activity and plug in and unveil the Sacred within you.
We will experience relaxing movement and physical expression. We will experience the softness and the vitality of our breath. We will experience and practice the Sacred techniques that lead directly to the experience of the Sacred Self: Yoga, meditation, breathwork, radical relaxation, dance, yoga nidra, visualization, mantra and more.
These are not traditional yoga classes. They are the embodiment of all the practices. They are unique. They are Sacred Sessions.
These classes will be via zoom. In your room, or wherever you are.
What else?
We are all starving for connection. In person. To gather like we once did. To breathe with one another, to move with one another, to create sound and experience silence with one another.
Twice in March we will gather in person. We will experience Sacred Breath and Sacred Vehicle. Diving deeply into ourselves in the company of each other.
There is nothing more healing right now.
In person gatherings are in Washington Heights. In the former MBSY yoga space 350 Fort Washington Ave.

March 2 - March 31, 2022. 🔆 Monday through Friday. 🔆 12pm - 12:30pm.
The Hybrid Experience
To accompany the almost daily guided practice, we will also gather in person.
We are all starving for connection. In person. To gather like we once did. To breathe with one another, to move with one another, to create sound and experience silence with one another.
The hybrid experience includes two Sacred Sunday practices. These practices are intended to be pleasurable and joyful. On Sacred Sundays we put down all the hard work. We rest in our breath. We rest in our bodies. We rest our Sacred Selves.
The two offerings for this program are Sacred Breath and Sacred Vehicle. In person classes will cap at 15 students and are only able to be purchased as part of the full month program.
The details for each offering, including dates are in the space below.
Sacred Breath: An In person Gathering
The Sacred Breath practice this evening will be Sodarshan Kriya.
The breath is our portal to the Sacred Self. It is in the here and now that we embody our highest consciousness. Together we will create space in the body for more breath. We will move and open the spine and gently anchor our attention on the rise and the fall of our breath in our body.
This is a powerful practice of rhythmic, circular breathing that will bring you into a deep state of relaxation and mental calm. This practice is intended to bring you into a state of LIGHT so you may truly rest in your Sacred Self.
We will close with treats and tea and connection.
Sunday March 6th
3:30pm - 6pm
350 Fort Washington Avenue (you know the place!)
Vaccinations are required. Masks are optional.
At this time, please bring your own mat, blankets and cushions.
Sacred vehicle: An In person gathering
Our bodies are the vehicle in which our soul’s experience this life stream. Yet, we have such a complicated relationship with them. Full acceptance of our body is needed to truly embody our Sacred Self. We are humans. We are meant to have one foot in the Divine and one foot in the World. Our body represents the world.
Let us rejoice in the body we have! Let us celebrate our Sacred Vehicle together. We will move consciously and gently, we will experience being still and being grounded. We will experience the miracle of deep bodily relaxation and connection. It will be an evening that nourishes you and surprises you.
We will close with treats and tea and connection.
