How we perceive our lives is colored by what we believe to be true. But how much of what we “know” have we ever examined?

Some things we know through what we have been taught - from our parents, communities, and schools. Others through experience, intuition, memory, and the body.

And some things are so ingrained within us that we no longer recognize them as beliefs at all - they simply become our truth.

In a world where everyone seems to have their own truth, let’s dive into how we know what we know.

In this 90-minute Salon, we will explore the different ways we come to know what we know and what becomes possible when we become more conscious of the assumptions and conditioned beliefs that shape our lives.

The flow of the Salon will be:

  • Teaching

  • Guided practice

  • Personal reflection with prompts

  • Connection and conversation

Bring your curiosity and a willingness to question what you know.
