Sacred Way Salons are live, 90-minute gatherings held on Zoom.

Each Salon begins with a question about what it means to be human, how we experience reality, and what may exist beyond what our physical senses can perceive.

Together, we explore how conditioning, the nervous system, emotion, attention, and belief shape what we see and how we participate in creating our lives.

We dive into questions about consciousness, intuition, psi, and anomalous experiences - subjects and experiences that are often dismissed as weird or woo - but are actually deeply associated with our human potential.

Each Salon includes teaching, embodied practice, personal reflection, and conversation. Every gathering stands on its own while also contributing to a larger inquiry:

How do we embody our humanity more fully so that we may understand our spiritual nature more completely?

How Do We Know What We Know?

Join us as we explore the different ways we come to know what we know and what becomes possible when we become more conscious of the assumptions and conditioned beliefs that shape our lives.

Beyond the Physical

Join us as we explore the unknown and the unseen by looking at the limits of ordinary perception, the seemingly unlimited nature of consciousness, and the anomalous phenomena that have existed alongside us for eons.

Stress And The Stories We Tell

Join us as we explore how the state of the nervous system shapes our perception and how our perception shapes our experience. What nervous system states allow for more expansive perspectives? How can we experience stress and still maintain an expansive state of perspective?

Emotion, Perception and Meaning

Join us as we explore four distinct layers of experience: What do I sense? What do I feel? What meaning have I made? What do I actually know?

What becomes possible when we allow a feeling to exist without immediately explaining or solving it?

The Reality We Create

Join us as we explore how attention, belief, emotion, and choice work together to create self-reinforcing loops. We will each map one familiar loop and look for the places where a wider perspective or different action could change what happens next.

The Body As An Instrument

Join us as we explore the body as an instrument of perception. What becomes perceptible when we inhabit the body more fully? How do we distinguish between sensitivity and overwhelm? How can we receive information without immediately reacting to it?
